Shop floor personnel may be found running any number of production machines, conducting environmental audits, presenting safety training or participating on preventive action teams. The average tenure of our staff members is over 12 years. Decorated employees are dedicated to customer satisfaction and teamwork. Through continuous improvement management methods, we have built a longstanding, ever-improving team of world-class production professionals. Jeffrey W. Glaze President Jeff joined the company in 1979 and has held various positions throughout the organization prior to his appointment as President in 1992. He is the current president of the Northeast Vantage User Group comprising over 100 US using Epicor manufacturing software. Jeff is a member of the Springfield Area Council for Excellence (SPACE), the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) and GPI. Jeff has a degree in Management from Lehigh University and resides with his family in Southampton, Massachusetts. |
