PRINTING ON A DIVERSE RANGE OF MATERIALS Decorated Products is among the largest suppliers of nameplates in the United States. We stock a wide range of standard materials and have access to many more. We regularly print on spun and brush metals, brass, foil, aluminum, stainless steel, polyester, polycarbonates, vinyl and more. We employ processes that include many we've developed over the years to solve technically challenging problems. INFINITE VARIETY OF SHAPES & SIZES Custom dies are always available, but we also have literally thousands of in-stock dies available for your needs. We will assist you in the quoting process to guide your custom items through the manufacturing “path of least resistance” and are cognizant that cost is always a factor. NEED SPECIAL THICKNESSES? Our standard stock range is from .001 to .25 inches in thickness in a wide range of materials. In stock at all times are .012 to .125 aluminum, .016 to .032 brass, .012 to .032 anodized aluminum, and stainless steel from 16 to 24 gauge. Our extensive vendor network will supply any commercially available materials in your specified thickness. FULL GRAPHICS SERVICES Our art department is pleased to work directly with you or your staff to assist in meeting your exact specifications. Request our linkage documentation for file formats if you would like to supply source artwork electronically. PERMANENT ETCHING & FINISHING No air dry inks or paints are used, only the finest quality enamel and epoxy inks. Nameplates are painted and baked, then relieved to expose the "relief' or raised metal portions. Our finishing process is variable depending on the application, but the finest protective overcoats and adhesives are used. What are the results?
